The book of Acts, in the New Testament of the Bible, gives us a window into the life of the first community of Christians. All the following elements are in evidence in Acts and we want them to be part of our DNA too, 2000 years later, here in King’s Church Uckfield!

- Alive with the transformative activity of the Holy Spirit
- Loving and generous in attitudes and actions
- Full of faith and expectation for the purposes of God to be fulfilled in and through its members
- Gathering to pray together, knowing that we are a people totally dependent on God
- Understanding that we are on a mission to impact our local community and even other countries with the good news of God’s love shown in Jesus Christ
