Craft Bag Request Form - Kings Church Uckfield

Thank you for visiting the King's Church, Uckfield, Toddler Time craft bag request form.

The plan is to deliver craft bags to people with children under the age of 4 in the Uckfield area (5 mile radius from Uckfield town centre) up to a limit of 40 bags.

This service is free of charge.

The initial bag will contain glue, song cards and colouring crayons that will be used through out the scheme. If you find you are running low, please let your toddler team member know when they deliver or contact Mel before your next delivery.

We fully respect your privacy so the information entered here is securely stored, access to it is limited and it will only be used to enable us to deliver the craft bag to you.

The craft bags will be delivered weekly on Monday to Wednesday, therefore bag orders received after Tuesday midnight will be delivered the following week. We will be reviewing the scheme at Christmas 2020 and will let you know if we are going to continue it or not.

If you decide that you no longer wish to receive the craft bag, need more supplies or have any other questions, please email Mel at mel@kingschurchuckfield.org.uk or tell the person who delivers the bag to you. If you ask to stop receiving the craft bag, we will remove your information from our system.
